挪威咨詢公司DNV碳管理方案經(jīng)理栗廣宇告訴《知識(shí)分子》，中國(guó)企業(yè)除了國(guó)家的碳中和目標(biāo)，也面臨諸多外部挑戰(zhàn)，比如歐盟碳邊境調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制，所以CCER的存在與未來(lái)發(fā)展非常有意義，尤其它在何種程度上可以與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)互認(rèn)。

 

陳美安提到，CCER與前文提及的VCS、Gold Standard和American Carbon Registry等都是被國(guó)際航空組織碳抵消與減排機(jī)制認(rèn)可的減排項(xiàng)目體系。這代表在民航組織的語(yǔ)境下，CCER可以得到一定的國(guó)際認(rèn)可。

 

當(dāng)前，雀巢、開(kāi)云、古奇等跨國(guó)企業(yè)正在引領(lǐng)氣候變化議題下最新一輪運(yùn)動(dòng)，公開(kāi)抵制用來(lái)漂綠的碳抵消[35]。栗廣宇表示，雖然目前碳信用在國(guó)際語(yǔ)境下飽受爭(zhēng)議，但我們還是應(yīng)該從發(fā)展的角度看問(wèn)題，畢竟多數(shù)企業(yè)甚至對(duì)碳中和還沒(méi)有觀念和行動(dòng)。

 

自愿碳市場(chǎng)和碳信用項(xiàng)目都仍有存在的意義，它們不僅曾為自然系統(tǒng)保護(hù)和低碳技術(shù)發(fā)展提供了一部分亟需的資金，也仍有潛力在爭(zhēng)議和大眾的監(jiān)管中進(jìn)一步完善其方法論，并涵蓋更多創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目，比如多位受訪者提到的海藻養(yǎng)殖、再生農(nóng)業(yè)等，都值得更多的研究探索和資金投入。
